Federalists- Those that argued in favor of ratification of the constitution. Anarchy-Absolute liberty/no authority. U.S. Bill of rights- Needed to ensure the ratification of the Constitution. Constitution- Provides the basic structures and processes of the U.S. government. Limited Government- Ability of the Courts to overturn acts of the President and the Congress that are contrary to the provisions of the Constitution.
