Digital camera batteries can be purchased almost anywhere. Most digital camera's take your regular AA batteries. Also, the e^2 batteries are said to be the best and longest working batteries. Make sure you have backup batteries for when your batteries run out at an event that you want to capture every moment. Also, you can purchse rechargeable batteries that you would just plug into the wall when they go dead to recharge them. This is a very convenient and money saving way of dealing with digital camera batteries. Otherwise, prepare to go through alot of batteries.
